Today we are with Yatish Joshi. Yatish is a family man who has traveled the world gaining amazing perspective about life, himself and the importance of going after what you want in life. Born in India, Yatish came to the States 40+ years ago and lives in Indiana.
Yatish founded GTA Containers in 1988, which makes large scale water containers for the military. In 2017 he decided to make a run for Congress in Indiana, and while the effort fell short, he gave a valiant effort and it has provided an amazing perspective on people that he shares with us.
We are thrilled to have Yatish as he truly represents what Season 1 is all about.

Today we are with Nabie Fofanah…or The Speed Doctor. Nabie is insightful, thought provoking and filled with opportunities for amazing conversation! Nabie was born in Sierra-Leone and moved to Guinea at the age of 5. He spent his formative years in New York which led him to finding track at the age of 18. Within a year of running track for the first time, and having one of the slowest times on the team in the 100 meter, he decided he was going to be an Olympian.
Well, his mentality and mindset made that possible. He ran for Guinea in the 2004 Olympics and then again in 2008. By 2013 he becomes known as the #1 speed and muscle toning trainer in the New York area. He has since trained with elite professional Athletes…Chris Paul, Todd Gurley, Patty Mills, Von Miller, Victor Oladipo and Antonio Brown.
His resume is impressive but his character is more impressive. This conversation goes everywhere and it is a lot of fun.

This conversation is with former Olympian Nicole Davis speaks on the importance of believing in yourself in times of stress and uncertainty. She pushes her audience to embrace uncomfortable moments as a catalyst to improve themselves in any facet of life. Davis is a retired two-time Olympian and two-time silver medalist. She spent 11 years on the USA National Volleyball Team and played professionally in eight different countries in Europe & Asia. She also helped lead her team in back-to-back NCAA Championships at USC in 2002 & 2003. Davis currently works as a coach and expert on high performance and cultural development at Compete to Create, a company co-founded by Pete Carroll and Dr. Mike Gervais. Her vision is to help accelerate the learning of others through her experiences in pursuing her best in her craft and on the world's stage. She is passionate about impacting others and has seen what people are capable of. There is now more science and language around the processes that allow people to really get after it in life and pursue their potential.

Today we are with Ethan Sandler. Ethan is an Actor, Producer, and writer in Hollywood. He has co-produced and written episodes of popular T.V. shows such as Man with a Plan and New Girl and has acted in, most notably, the TV series Crossing Jordan, The Princes Diaries and The Bourne Identity. He is currently focused on his work researching monsters for his own idea and helping consult on Disney +'s new Monster's Inc. TV Series.
But, more importantly, he is a husband of 17 years and father of two. We are excited to have him today!

Today we are with Megan Sherer. Megan is a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Expert. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University, and has a background in all things healthy living. She has extensively studied and been certified in Holistic & Sports Nutrition, Personal Training, Yoga, AcroYoga, meditation, breath-work, reiki, emotional transformation and eating psychology. She runs a private practice with 1:1 clients, a corporate wellness consulting program, and mental health focused wellness initiatives.
She also founded a non-profit organization called Be More, dedicated to creating conversations & curriculum about how social media impacts self-esteem and mental health in teenagers.

Today we are with Gina Choi. Gina was born in Memphis, Tennessee, but considers Los Angeles her home. She attended Pepperdine University and is currently an Advertising Account Manager at Microsoft. Her favorite author is F. Scott Fitzgerald. He is the author that fanned the flame for her love of reading after she finished school.
In 2018, she spoke at a TEDx conference on the topic of being open to new passions in life. When she isn't sitting at a desk, she spends her time taking photos, in some new workout routine, studying (enjoying) wine, and planning international travel in Excel spreadsheets.

Coach JJ was 65lbs + overweight, smoking 2 packs a day, and working 100+ hours per week. He was drinking too much and did not have any balance in his life.
Then Coach JJ started working with Veteran Life Coach, Lori Anderson, and his entire perspective changed. He lost over 70lbs in 8 months, started eating well, sleeping, and reducing stress - mostly thru MOVEment. His favorite thing to do was RUN. That obviously had huge positive effects on every aspect of his life, changing how he approached life, career, family, and balance.
Currently he is a CLC (Certified Life Coach), pursuing his dream to grow the non-profit, Depression2Extinction, aimed to help those suffering from depression and anxiety disorders. It offers anyone suffering from depression or anxiety a place to connect and begin the holistic approach to dealing with these debilitating disorders.

Matt is a Technical Program Manager and Entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in a number of technical fields as well as founding and growing businesses. He founded Ultimatum, but recently had to close up shop though, but there is a lot to learn from him in the endeavor. So much of the conversation still discusses Ultimatum.
Matt has a M.S. degree in Computer Information Systems at St. Edward’s University. He also completed a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
