Bryan Carroll is a father, a son, a brother, and a motivator. He is also a community organizer, an educator, a youth consultant, an author, a behavioral specialist, and the future owner of an early childhood learning center. Bryan has always been dedicated to serving his community in many capacities and has continued to do so as a citizen of Houston, TX.
He just recently authored a children's book entitled "Super Sharing". He develops "coming of age" curriculums and mentoring programs like Athletic Intelligence, a program which provides life skills, athletic training, college prep, and coaching to young athletes. He also founded a non-profit, entitled Community Under Reconstruction through Education (CURE).
He is currently teaching at a middle school in Houston and is working to open an early childhood education center that will focus on building foundational literary skills. Bryan is a titan when it comes to advocating on the behalf of underserved youth. WOW.

She is passionate about attending Broadway shows, enjoying naptime with her french bulldog (Mayhem, May for short), writing to Congress daily -- and travel to soak in blue waters, blue skies, red meat, and red wine.
Her business, Tinsel, is committed to redefining luxury events through the execution of imaginative, immersive experiences for private clients and for brands like Mercedes-Benz, Spotify, L'Oreal, and Condé Nast. Tinsel has proudly produced events at iconic institutions like The New York Public Library, The Guggenheim Museum, The Rainbow Room, and One World Observatory. The team’s work has been featured in Vogue, WWD, Forbes, and Town & Country, with the company named recently as one of the Top 50 Event Designers in North America.
Her experience has given her a deep understanding of how to leverage authentic relationships to reach target audiences.
And if that isn't enough, beyond Tinsel, Erica is the Northeast Regional Coordinator for The Jackie Robinson Foundation, a national non-profit organization founded to perpetuate the icon’s legacy through scholarship, leadership, and service. She was honored as one of JRF’s “42 Under 40” distinguished alumni. She is committed to sharing her business journey with other aspiring entrepreneurs.

Today we are with Yatish Joshi. Yatish is a family man who has traveled the world gaining amazing perspective about life, himself and the importance of going after what you want in life. Born in India, Yatish came to the States 40+ years ago and lives in Indiana.
Yatish founded GTA Containers in 1988, which makes large scale water containers for the military. In 2017 he decided to make a run for Congress in Indiana, and while the effort fell short, he gave a valiant effort and it has provided an amazing perspective on people that he shares with us.
We are thrilled to have Yatish as he truly represents what Season 1 is all about.

Today we are with Nabie Fofanah…or The Speed Doctor. Nabie is insightful, thought provoking and filled with opportunities for amazing conversation! Nabie was born in Sierra-Leone and moved to Guinea at the age of 5. He spent his formative years in New York which led him to finding track at the age of 18. Within a year of running track for the first time, and having one of the slowest times on the team in the 100 meter, he decided he was going to be an Olympian.
Well, his mentality and mindset made that possible. He ran for Guinea in the 2004 Olympics and then again in 2008. By 2013 he becomes known as the #1 speed and muscle toning trainer in the New York area. He has since trained with elite professional Athletes…Chris Paul, Todd Gurley, Patty Mills, Von Miller, Victor Oladipo and Antonio Brown.
His resume is impressive but his character is more impressive. This conversation goes everywhere and it is a lot of fun.

This conversation is with former Olympian Nicole Davis speaks on the importance of believing in yourself in times of stress and uncertainty. She pushes her audience to embrace uncomfortable moments as a catalyst to improve themselves in any facet of life. Davis is a retired two-time Olympian and two-time silver medalist. She spent 11 years on the USA National Volleyball Team and played professionally in eight different countries in Europe & Asia. She also helped lead her team in back-to-back NCAA Championships at USC in 2002 & 2003. Davis currently works as a coach and expert on high performance and cultural development at Compete to Create, a company co-founded by Pete Carroll and Dr. Mike Gervais. Her vision is to help accelerate the learning of others through her experiences in pursuing her best in her craft and on the world's stage. She is passionate about impacting others and has seen what people are capable of. There is now more science and language around the processes that allow people to really get after it in life and pursue their potential.

He is currently focused on his work researching monsters for his own idea and helping consult on Disney +'s new Monster's Inc. TV Series.
But, more importantly, he is a husband of 17 years and father of two. We are excited to have him today!
